Why Celsio

What we value

  1. Real impact

We measure success in megawatt-hours, not in slides. Industrial process heat is one of the largest sources of CO2 in Europe, and every plant we electrify is a piece of it gone. So we look for partners who take that as seriously as we do.

  2. Trust

We trust each other and the work each of us turns in. That is why we speak plainly, give honest feedback and take it without anyone taking it personally. It makes working together easier, and we would not want to do it without the humour either.

  3. Shared wins

When a plant runs, everyone worked on it: sales, engineering, financing. So we celebrate together, and the small steps count. Big or small, a win is a little bigger when it is shared.

  4. Curiosity

Hard problems pull us in. We want to know why something does not work, and we would rather ask one question too many than one too few. Nobody has electrified industrial heat properly yet. We find that more exciting than daunting.
